Shipping policy

 

 

  • Free deliveries throughout South Africa. Delivery within 1 - 3 business days. 
  • For JHB & KZN: Delivery is usually 1-2 business days
  • For other provinces: Delivery is usually 2-3 Business Days 

 

Limitations in Weight and Dimensions

Express Courier shipments are limited to a maximum length of 110 centimetres and/or a weight of 30 kg. However, should your shipment exceed such a length or weight we can make alternative arrangements. In this regard, please contact client services for assistance.

Tracking

On placing an order, you will receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. This usually takes 1 business days.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards, and PayPal which are processed through a secure checkout process. The trusted gateway payment system will ensure that your private data is kept confidential.

Currency

The products are listed in South African Rands. The checkout currency is in South African Rands.

Import Duties and Taxes

Buyers are responsible for all import duties and taxes (if applicable). The nature of these charges and the amounts thereof vary from country to country.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 15 minutes after an order is placed. However, should you wish to cancel your order contact customer support team on info@balvaro.co.za to notify them. The processes regarding purchase, packaging and distribution are very time sensitive.

 

Missing Packages – Lost or Stolen

Balvaro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the Courier company states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective courier or shipping company. For further support, please contact client services on info@balvaro.co.za.

Delays may occur in certain circumstances beyond our control, including holidays, weather, strikes, accidents, and other unforeseen events.
